[Test Principle] 

Weiyun Instant Hair Test Kits adopt time-resolved fluorescence immunoassay (TRFIA). Time-resolved fluorescence immunoassay (TRFIA) is a non-isotopic immunoassay technique. By labeling antigen or antibody with lanthanide, and according to the luminescent characteristics of lanthanide chelates, when adopting TRFIA to to measure fluorescence, it simultaneously detects two parameters, i.e. wavelength and time, for signal resolution, which effectively eliminates the interference of non-specific fluorescence and greatly improves the analytical sensitivity.

For qualitative detection of common drugs, including morphine, methamphetamine, ketamine, cannabis and cocaine, in hair samples.
