SuperTest A100 Dry Immunofluorescence Analyzer
SuperTest A100 is a type of portable dry immunofluorescence analyzer based on fluorescence immunochromatography assay, and it needs to work with special reagent cards. This product is small in size, light in weight, simple to use and accurate in testing data. SuperTest A100 can be used for fast quantitative and qualitative detection of common drugs in various biological samples, including hair, blood, dried blood spot, urine, sweat, saliva, etc.
Scope of Application
1.On-site detection of suspects in drug control, drug driving and high-risk places;

On site detection steps of hair drugs
1. Collection of hair samples: Collect 5mg of hair with hair roots (about 30 hairs of 3cm);
2. Sample processing: Put the shredded hair into the lysing solution tube, shake it 10 times, and leave it for 5 minutes, then add 100ul of hair extraction solution to the test card;
3. Result interpretation: Insert the test card into the slot of the instrument, perform the test and read the result. The test parameters are as follows:
